This automation replies to comments and direct messages sent to the Instagram account @thesakshamnagar. It is operated by Saksham Nagar (contact: hypermedia.agencies@gmail.com).
When you comment a keyword on one of our posts or send us a direct message, Instagram sends us the text of that comment or message, your Instagram username, and an Instagram-scoped user id. If you tap a button in our reply, we ask Instagram whether you follow our account so we can send the guide you asked for.
We use this only to reply to you inside Instagram with the guide, prompt or link you requested. We do not sell or share it, and we do not use it for advertising.
An event log (timestamp, username, id, the keyword and which step was sent) is kept for up to 90 days for troubleshooting, then deleted.
To have your data removed at any time, send the word DELETE to @thesakshamnagar in a direct message or email hypermedia.agencies@gmail.com. See our data deletion instructions.
